Does no-one post on these things any more then?
Anyway, just to back up my claim that blogs are basically the new group email, here's a post that may be considered by some as being boring and rubbish. These people would be correct.
I looked high and low for my phone yesterday without success. Tried phoning it, searching through bags and pockets etc before coming to the horrible realisation that I was experiencing my monthly phone misplacement episode. I was then informed by thingie when I saw her that Mr Acres had been trying to phone/email me (was out the office for the day) in order to inform me that a venue had phoned him in order to point out that they had found my blower a night or two earlier.
Can you guess where it was yet? (As Rolf might say). Haven't had an OG quiz in a while so I'll help you out. It's one of the following venues:
A. The Royal Opera House in London, after witnessing a splendid rendition of Puccini's Tosca.
B. At Tate Modern, following a powerful exhibition of the work of David Smith (one of the most innovative and influential American sculptors of the twentieth century).
C. The Prince of Wales boozer on Wimbledon Broadway following a cheeky pint with an ex-colleague.
Answers on a postcard.
