Pics from new blower

Got a new phone that takes fairly good pictures. No Mward, didn't lose my last one - broke it throwing it at a hotel window trying to wake up the person I was meant to be sharing the room with (long story). Anyhow, data dump:

Phil McE before.....
.....and after (much prefer after Phil).
Phil was going to a 'begins with S' fancy dress party.
That's a Sith Lord. Though a good look, the S link is
tenuous at best PM.......
London to Brighton. Stoney was cooled down by a road-side
woman with a hosepipe. He shook his head to get rid of the excess
water, lost his balance and crashed into a tree. Laugh? I nearly
died, as did he.

Sleepy Stoney with a nice top.

What do you mean you've all been training for months?

Decided to do the 54-mile London to Brighton Bike Ride. "Not a problem", I thought. "Any clown can do that without any prep". I may have slightly overestimated my fitness level when making that judgment.

Things started smoothly with a tasty bacon bap breakfast at the house of a guy from work but quickly went downhill once we started going on uphill roads a miles in. My bike didn't appear to handle the hills very well - presumably a design fault or something.

Eventually finished but with a very sore posterior region due to a lack of cycling shorts and a razor-like bike saddle. Was walking in the style of John Wayne for most of yesterday.

Stone buys TWO of the worst burgers ever made and
proceeds to eat them while facing sideways.

The elite team pose after enjoying a bacon and
sausage breakfast prior to the big ride.

The team at the start line relishing the challenge. Relish was soon
replaced by horror when we realised how far it was and how
much of it was uphill.
Never buy a burger from the Dog and Duck - it was a real
shocker. It should be a thumbs down rather than up.
Not entirely sure what I'm doing here, but it's a good look.

Ugh - there it is.

Courtesy of Scruffy.

Burn baby burn

Poured just-made black coffee all over my hand this morning. Still stinging. Very pleased.

Went to Alden's wedding bash on Sat night and there was a golden snap of him age 14 or something sporting a mullet. Watch this space for it. Also, some of the cheerleaders at his stag made a re-appearance, but all had deffo had implants since I last saw them. All four looked like Lola Ferrari.

Hang on - someone hasn't nicked it have they?

Went for a 'few' drinks on a work night out last night to the Slug and Lettuce on Borough High St and some lowlife decided to nick my briefcase. Had my iPod in and various other bits and bobs and so wasn't best pleased* with the actions of this light-fingered individual. It has turned up now though - was found at the scene of a burglary in Paddington Green with bloodstains on (seriously!) though with no iPod. Is currently being given the once over by the plod forensic team will be returned to me tomorrow. Insurance company will be very pleased that my iPod had gone walkies again........

Slug and Lettuce - scene of the incident.

All the above means that I will beat OG to the small screen. Look out for a full interview and reconstruction on Crimewatch UK soon.

Girls' night out

Pics from Tom A's stag do from a week or so ago below. Did promise I'd post them so here we go.

Went out in Swindon on Sat after some footie event and my top tip is to never play high stakes drinking games with Gaz Russell from Manc. Honorably sticking to my side of the bargain after suffering a statistically improbable loss (played two-man 5's and lost probably 7-1) caused me to have somewhat of a omg shocker....

Perhaps a wax required?

Girls just wanna have fun.

Speckled Hen - the choice of a classy lady.
Look at this filthy local sneaking a look from the behind.

Sisters doing it for themselves
(included purely to prove it wasn't just me
and a few pals who wore a skirt for the day!)
