The luck of the Welsh
I now believe I’m returning to top form after a week of unfortunate events, including:
- dropping iPod and cracking screen
- turning up to see the filming of a TV show and being turned away at the door as they’d overallocated by 100s of tickets (Jonathan Ross, kindly supplied by Keams and twfka Cutler)
- having to pay £40 for missing a dental appointment because of work, though will claim back from work
- being stung by a wasp when trying to get into bed at 3am after a stag do and my neck swelling up like a balloon (am allergic to them)
- having a very nasty cold all week
Relaxing weekend in order. Will pop to the driving range, a spot of squash and perhaps a some nice food and a glass or ten of chilled beer. Also some online poker (look up KingLunt on Ladbrokes if anyone fancies a bit on Sun night).
Right, some pictures of da gang.
Oh.
My phone card reader is in the office. Maybe my run of unfortunate events hasn’t come to an end quite yet.

***MISFORTUNE UPDATE***
Someone smashed a squash ball in to the side of my head at the squash session I’ve just been to, and hit me so hard that I fell over. I must have looked like quite the hard man.
Was this one of the several female pensioners in your league?
Oh no, disaster for Lunt...
You're living in the past OG. I've moved up the leagues and play middle aged girls nowadays.
It was actually a beginner/intermediate session tonight and I was hit by a 30 year old ish man attempting to hit a backhand volley very hard and very straight. He needs to work on the very straight part.
