Do not EVER go on a clay pigeon shoot with Adam Lunt

Had tickets in the Kop for the Liverpool vs Manchester United FA Cup game but instead decided to keep my promise of going on my brother's birthday paintballing jolly. My initial fears that I had picked the wrong event were confirmed when I went charging into opposition territory and felt a very, very sharp pain in the back of my head/neck. My brother, who was on my team, tried to expertly aim a shot over my head and towards the other team but got it slightly wrong and ended up blasting me in the back of head at point blank range. Was very impressed to see a lump the size of squash ball when I managed to look. It has since gone down and now looks a bit like a lovebite. Great.
